Tom trained and qualified as a solicitor at Town. He has a wide range of planning law experience including section 106 and highways agreements, acting in appeals, transaction support work and strategic advice.

Tom began his career as a heritage consultant and maintains full membership of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC).
