Sophie joined Town from Addleshaw Goddard, where she spent time in both the Transactional Real Estate and Planning & Infrastructure Consenting teams. She brings experience negotiating highways and infrastructure agreements and working on planning appeals and public inquiries. Since joining Town, Sophie has worked on a number of non-contentious matters, carrying out application reviews for large mixed-use schemes in London and negotiating s106 agreements, however her work has had a particular focus on contentious matters, acting in judicial review claims in the High Court and compensation claims against HS2 in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
