Sophie joined Town from Addleshaw Goddard, where she spent time in both the Transactional Real Estate and Planning & Infrastructure Consenting teams. She brings experience negotiating highways and infrastructure agreements and working on planning appeals and public inquiries, and since joining Town she has advised on assets of community value, the use class system and flood and water management issues. Sophie is currently working on a number of planning application reviews for large mixed-use schemes within London.
