She worked at the London Borough of Southwark for over 16 years negotiating section 106 agreements for strategic planning applications. She has acted for the Acquiring Authority in promoting CPOs in respect of estate regeneration and has experience of judicial review acting as both claimant and defendant. She was voted the number 1 local authority lawyer in the Planning Law Survey in both 2023 and 2024.

Advising the Council in respect of the Council owned site with Notting Hill Genesis as developer for hybrid outline and full masterplan applications for circa 3560 residential units.
Acting for the Acquiring Authority in respect of two CPO inquiries for the site.
Acting as claimant in respect of a judicial review of a CPO for the site and also acting as defendant in respect of a judicial review for a drop-in application.
Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre
Advising the Council in respect of the Delancey scheme for 979 residential BTR units with affordable housing, shopping centre, London Underground station box, education facilities etc.
Successfully defending a judicial review challenge of the Council’s grant of planning permission.
Bermondsey Place
Advising the Council in respect of Berkeley Homes’ 550 residential unit scheme in the Old Kent Road area with a 44 storey tower.
The Bermondsey Project
Advising the Council in respect of Greystar’s hybrid mixed use development and completing the associated section 106 agreement four working days post resolution to grant.
H1 Elephant Park
Advising the Council in respect of the Lendlease application for an office development with Health Hub.
Southernwood Retail Park
Advising the Council in respect of a residential led mixed use development for 750 residential units with safeguarding provisions for the Bakerloo Line Extension tunnels.
Shard – Highways agreements
Advising the Council in respect of the various s.278/38 agreements for the Shard development including their maintenance agreements.
