Paul joined Town in February 2019 after 4 ½ years at the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and the Department for Transport. In Government, Paul advised on the revised NPPF, the Letwin Review, the CPO reforms in the Housing and Planning Act 2016 and Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017, and numerous high profile called in and recovered planning matters. Since joining Town, Paul has worked on a wide variety of large- scale mixed use schemes across the country advising on all aspects of planning, infrastructure, and compulsory purchase law.
