James acts as non-exec Chair, bringing to bear an external perspective gained from 8 years as the International Senior Partner at Ince & Co and his experience in supporting senior leaders in law firms as a founding member of Tyler Wilson since 2016 where he has provided one to one business coaching and bespoke advisory services. James is accredited as a business coach, having graduated from the Meyler Campbell Executive Business Coaching course, and as a commercial mediator.
