She has experience advising a wide range of clients in respect of complex mixed-use planning applications (including several Build to Rent schemes) and negotiating associated section 106 agreements and highways agreements. Emma has acted on a number of high profile planning appeals, judicial review claims and compulsory purchase compensation claims. She also advises on community infrastructure levy (CIL), the use classes system, and planning enforcement.
