Safiyah trained and qualified at Town. She has experience of advising a range of clients on complex mixed-use planning applications, section 106 agreements, planning appeal proceedings, judicial reviews and statutory challenges, local plan examinations, and compulsory purchase compensation claims. She also advises on environmental impact assessments, highway matters, the community infrastructure levy and the use classes system. Safiyah is also a trustee of the UK Environmental Law Association.
