Victoria trained and qualified at Slaughter and May and then worked with Duncan Field in the Planning Team at Norton Rose Fulbright prior to joining Town in 2019. She acts on a wide range of planning matters including planning applications, planning appeals, drafting and negotiating planning and highways agreements, environmental impact assessment, judicial review/statutory challenge, enforcement and heritage matters, and the planning aspects of real estate, corporate and financing transactions. She works on projects both in Central London and further afield.

Advising St William Homes on a number of major residential-led developments at former gasholder sites in London including the development of up to 1,450 homes at the former Bow Common Gasworks in Tower Hamlets. Advising St Joseph Homes in relation to a planning appeal for a site near Bury St Edmunds, West Suffolk, for 1,375 homes.

Advising on the development of the airport including its latest infrastructure project known as the City Airport Development Programme and on recent proposals for an increase in capacity to 9 million passengers per annum and extended operating hours.

Advising on the proposed development of a site on International Way, Stratford, for two towers of 27 storeys comprising 380 BTR units and the proposed mixed-use development of a major site in Chapel Place, Ilford for 837 homes, 447 PBSA units and commercial floorspace.
