Victoria began her career in planning as a transport consultant, specialising in transport development planning, before joining Town to pursue a route in planning law. Victoria brings her experience of working in the development industry for more than 20 years where she has supported clients across a range of sectors to achieve their development ambitions. Victoria’s experience includes acting as an Expert Witness at Public Inquiry, provision of transport advice for development proposals from project inception, feasibility studies, access appraisals, master-planning, Local Plan Reps and EiP, preparation and submission of planning applications and post submission negotiation including planning appeals, input at Public Inquiry, Section 106 negotiation, Section 278 Agreements, and peer review.
